We can say that the Herve Leger Spring-Summer 2015 is one of the best collection that did Max Azira.
Max Azria kepts the silhouettes at Hervé Léger body-con and very feminine. But there weren’t only just pretty bandage dresses to peek at.
The inspiration for the spring-summer 2015 season were strong Japanese female warriors, who oftentimes fought alongside the samurai.
A strong Oriental Inspiration is given by the Kimono, it offered up a refreshing translation of Japanese culture, and we have to say, the Hervé Léger kimono is really chic.
Elsewhere, power was enforced through woven dresses with little metal clasps or a heavily embellished pale pink frock, with studs and laces tracing a feminine shape. Take the Azria’s word for it: “power can be very pretty“.
took it one step further, imagining what this woman’s life journey must have been like, from being a fierce fighter to finding her femininity after hanging up her battle gear.
To that end, looks evolved from traditional kimono prints and silhouettes at the start to softer fare, registered by a muted color palette, by the finale. Interestingly, though, the bright shibori-inspired patterns and extra folds of fabric denoting the warrior phase actually served to soften the strong body-con silhouette that is synonymous with Hervé Léger.

Possiamo senza nessun dubbio dire che la Herve Leger Spring-Summer 2015 è una delle collezioni migliori prodotte da Max Azira.
Lo stilista mantiene la silhouettes del classico Herve Leger che esalta le forme femminili. Ma da tener d’occhio non ci sono solamente i bandage dresses.
Max Azira per la primavera-estate 2015 prende ispirazione dall’Oriente, in particolare dal Giappone. Immagina la donna come una guerriera samurai proponendo una serie di varianti del Kimono.
Una visione soggettiva di cosa rappresenta per lui la cultura Giapponese la troviamo nei top tagliati che vagamente rassomigliano alle antiche armature dei samurai.

Lo stilista immagina la vita quotidiana di questa guerriera, all’inizio una donna samurai aggressiva e fiera per poi diventare femminile dopo la battaglia.
Herve Leger ancora oggi rimane sinonimo di femminilità ed eleganza contemporanea.
